h. As an integrated part of the touchscreen there will be a dedicated section to show video streams
from the CCTV system. This display shall be capable of displaying live video or recorded video
playback based on time and date. This view will also be tied to the alarm window so that as
alarms are selected the corresponding camera video can be played back to show the events that
led up to the alarm.
i. As an integrated part of the touchscreen there will the ability to open a moveable popup windows
to show video streams from the CCTV system. This display shall be capable of displaying live
video or recorded video playback based on time and date.
6. Icon Configuration
a. The PLC/HMI system MUST provide for Automated timed events to take place in a GUI, and not
a linear, format. These events can include automatic turn on/off lighting, TV or Power at specific
times. The GUI format will allow the operator to accept or reject the timed event. Door shunt
features can be turned off per a timed event. Breach alarms could be disabled during the day and
turned on at night. Any system feature can be assigned to a timed event. Systems that do not
provide for a dynamic user definable event structure will not be accepted.
b. The PLC/HMI system MUST provide a TCP/IP Ethernet based interface from the PLC to the
CCTV switcher.
c. The PLC/HMI system MUST provide a TCP/IP Ethernet based interface from the PLC to the
Control Access System.
d. The follow sequence MUST be followed to maintain security at each HMI/Touch screen location:
The windows user for the Wonderware HMI application shall auto-login at the PC
boot/Startup time
All applications associated with the HMI/PLC system must auto start at auto-login or PC
boot/Startup time.
Only icons for applications that the HMI (Wonderware) user should have access to shall be on
the desktop
All icons on the desktop shall be single click executable so that a touch screen only (No
Mouse) user can start the application
The normal windows explorer shell desktop shall not be used for the HMI (Wonderware) user
thus removing all start menu and quick launch functionality or standard desktop right click
functionality.
CD-Rom auto-run shall be disabled
CD-Rom and floppy disk must be disabled for HMI (Wonderware) users
HMI (Wonderware) users must not have administrative privileges
The PC machine must boot only from hard disk, not from CD-Rom, floppy disk or USB
device
The PC machine CMOS setup screens shall be password protected
7. Notes Feature:
a. The system shall include an area of the screen which allows operators to “tag” a door with textual
information. This information will be useful for inmate lockdowns, problem inmates,
maintenance issues and general information about that door or that room’s occupants.
b. Functionality: An Info Tag menu icon shall be pressed and then a device on the screen. A note
box will appear in the lower left hand side of the screen and allow the user to enter text into the
