8. All repairs to structure performed due to removal of the entire analog camera system and associated

equipment from JJC building should meet all state, local building and NFPA codes.

9. Remove all obsolete equipment associated with the access control management system that will be

replaced with new upgraded equipment from JJC.

10. All removed wiring and/or cabling is to be placed in specified recycle container.

All removed equipment is to be placed in specified locations.

Refuse/Trash:

1. All work areas should be free of trash and debris at the end of the day.

2. Trash and debris in transparent plastic bags should be placed in the department trash truck located in

the sallyport area.

3. The loading dock located in basement must be free of obstructions at all times.

4. Parking is not available in the basement or sallyport areas for vendors.

5. Harris County has the right of first refusal on all removed equipment and cabling.
