DEMOLITION AND REFUSE/TRASH

Summary of Work

1. Vendor is responsible for removal, disposal, storage and recycling of all equipment, wiring and

refuse/trash.

2. Equipment (computers, DVRs, racks, matrix, etc.) removed from DVR room and JJC building will be

neatly stored in a specified room located at the JJC building.

3. Repair, restore, and refinish to original appearance all areas as needed due to removal of the entire

analog camera system and associated equipment, and wiring from JJC building.

4. Vendor is responsible for removing refuse, debris, trash and non-recyclables materials from

construction site and all work areas.

5. All removed refuse, debris, trash and non-recyclables materials are to be placed in transparent bags

for disposal, transparent disposal bags are furnished by Vendor.

6. All work performed in all Sections shall be performed in a series of stages floor by floor or area by

area in order not to disrupt daily business or institution activities.

Demolition:

1. Remove all hardware associated with analog cameras from the JJC building for recycle.

2. Remove all analog cameras from JJC building for storage.

3. Remove all power supply unit associated with analog cameras from JJC building for storage.

4. Remove all Digital Video Recorders from JJC building for storage.

5. Remove all DVR racks and equipment associated with analog camera system from JJC building for

storage.

6. Remove Matrix system and all equipment associated with the analog camera system from JJC

building for storage.

7. Replace all ceiling tiles that require replacement due to removal of all analog cameras and associated

equipment from JJC building.
